We accept FOB, CNF, CIF, and EXW terms. Payment can be made via T/T (30% deposit, 70% against B/L), irrevocable L/C at sight, Paypal, or Western Union.

Sampling typically takes 7-14 days. For mass production, brand orders take 7-10 days, while ODM/OEM projects require 45-55 days.

We guarantee all products are qualified. We use certified materials and conduct monthly batch paint testing via SGS. We also operate our own product safety labs and have been insured worldwide since 2017.

Yes, we have used professional certified materials since 2008. We comply with FSC regulations to maintain a sustainable approach, with FSC-certified material available upon request.
🔹 How is my intellectual property protected?
We sign NDAs to protect your designs and ensure they are not sold to others. For large orders, we can sign exclusive manufacturing agreements for your company.
🔹 What shipping methods and ports do you use?
Shipments can be arranged by sea, air, or express. Our primary loading ports are Ningbo and Shanghai.
